Using HumanizeFlow
These terms govern your use of HumanizeFlow. You must be at least 18 and have the right to submit the draft and writing samples you use. You retain your rights to submitted content and are responsible for checking the final result, its factual claims, citations and required disclosures.
What the service does
We edit AI-assisted English drafts and compare locked strings against the output. Textual preservation is not independent fact-checking. Outputs may contain errors or changes of meaning. The service does not establish authorship, guarantee detection scores, prevent plagiarism, or guarantee publication or search rankings.
Free usage and accounts
The free allowance is three successful rewrites per UTC day and 50–500 words per draft. Limits are enforced on the server and can be shared by devices on the same network. Canceled or failed requests do not consume successful-run quota. Abuse, automated scraping, quota evasion and attempts to access other users’ data are prohibited. Keep your account credentials private. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or comply with legal requirements.
Pro Pilot billing
Enrollment is closed until enabled on the site. The planned price is $19 per month, with up to 50,000 successful input words per billing period, 5,000 words per draft and three saved voice profiles. The price, applicable taxes and billing schedule are shown by Pancake before checkout. There is no unlimited-use promise. A browser redirect alone does not activate a plan; a verified subscription event does.
If enrolled, cancel renewal from your account. Access normally remains until the paid period ends. No further renewal is requested after cancellation takes effect. For billing mistakes, duplicate charges or a service failure, use the contact form and include an order reference, never card details. Refund requests are reviewed with the payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Deleting an account is not a substitute for canceling an active subscription.
Responsible use
Do not use the service for academic dishonesty, impersonation, deception, harassment, illegal activity, infringement, or removing required authorship or AI disclosures. Do not submit content you lack permission to process. Read the Responsible Use page.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from relying on generated text. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
